I don’t even add more books to my tbr shelf on Goodreads anymore, my working list is my hold list at the Free Philadelphia library and the max I can put on hold is ten.

I have a bookshelf where the top 3 shelves are all to be read (front and back of the shelves) , plus a pile on a stand next to my bed, a pile on the floor, a couple on my bed, a couple that I brought with me to work, the 5 that I just got from penguins first to read emails and that’s not including my good reads list
About 24 in my immediate list, 125 on a wish list, and growing. this is why I will only read what I enjoy and can quickly let go ones that don’t grab me, I won’t waste my time on a “struggle”

I have list in a notebook, list in notes on phone, books in wish list in 4 different Libraries, list on stickums in wallet and list that I don’t even know where the list are!
I only have about 15 on my active TBR pile. Those are the books I have already bought and haven’t read yet. How many on the written list though…uh…like 200? 5,000? It’s scattered across notebooks, and sticky notes, and memory, and phone lists, and scraps of paper, and amazon wish lists, hahaha!
I’ll need all the fingers in all of your hands, fellow readers, to be able to count them… And maybe also your partner’s, best friends’ and work colleagues’ while at it… No, seriously, I have a notebook and a huge screenshot album on the phone with thousands of entries over the years… All that on top of a couple of hundreds at home. A curious mind has no borders and wants to travel, even through paper

For the piles of books, it is currently, 2 book cases, 7 crates, and a whole lotta books piled on the floor…and in storage. LOL For lists, I have lists saved on my library account, and probably thousands on goodreads. I work at a library – the TBR lists/piles grow exponentially! 😀

Piles all over the house–in addition to numerous bookcases full of books, both read and unread. There are so many we sometimes wonder if they mate in the night and reproduce. 🙂
