When that happens I go to the book store and see what section I end up in. Usually gives me an idea of what I’m looking for. Also usually results in new book acquisitions but hey if the problem is solved, that’s what matters

I have over 1,300 books on my nook. I haven’t counted hard cover books or paperback book..I would guess another 1,000.

When you have that many it’s hard to decide what to read next. I have gaps between books for weeks sometimes bc of that very problem! But I agree with Reeca! Go book shopping!
