@Kate me too! Just saw it on a flight, it was much better than the book! It was better focused and the main characters were so cute together!

I never read any of them just because they didn’t seem like something I’d enjoy but they’ve gotten so many great reviews I may one day check them out.

Didn’t sound like a story I would enjoy so I haven’t had any interest in trying it. Too many other books that sound much better to read!

Really didnt like it. Could not get over how people read it in one sitting and claimed it as fluff. I thought it was depressing.

Like it’s been said, it starts a little slow, but I’m almost done with it, and it does in fact pick up. I just put the other 2 on hold this morning and will likely plow through them when I get them later this week. It’s a lot of characters, but I’m glad I read it before I watch the move.

I listened to the book and found the first few chapters overwhelming with so many characters. I would recommend listening to it as I did enjoy it once I got past the beginning. The movie was wonderful!

I tried to like it because everyone else seemed to, but it was just so shallow and materialistic to me. I really did enjoy parts of it, but overall I felt the way I did the time I was forced by a friend to watch Keeping Up with the Kardashians. ? The vast majority of the characters were awful. No interest in seeing the movie now.

I loved it once I got into the mindset that this was pure cotton candy for my brain. And the movie was that, for my eyes. Really enjoying the second book in the series now! I read a lot of nonfiction and a lot of Serious Books and these books are such indulgences!

Honestly, I didn’t really care for any of the main characters. The family all have their own agendas, and how on earth could the hero be so utterly clueless about his own family? It wasn’t really until the end that I had any respect for the 2 main characters.

I just finished the trilogy and I enjoyed it. I like all of the luxury and designer goods. To me, it is similar to the Kardashians, but with likable characters. I like seeing the shoes, purses, houses, jewelry, cars, private planes, etc. If that type of thing didn’t interest me, I probably would not have enjoyed the books as much as I did.
