I am about to get one because an author was looking to get reader’s thoughts/reviews before the book officially is out. Other than that I know my friend got a ton at a book conference and a writers conference- she ended up giving them to me after she read them. Those are the only ways i know so far lol
I offer most of mine through BookSprout. Join your favorite authors newsletters, they sometimes make announcements, join writing groups and offer to read and review published works.
