Most libraries have the capacity to loan ebooks. Many use an app called overdrive which is very easy to use.

Two of my favorites are Bookbub and Bookgorilla. There are a bunch out there though. Just google free ebook sites, I thought no there is one called freebooksey, Robin Reads is another.

You can get many classics on Gutenberg. You can also use Internet Archive and your local libraries. I borrow books from these sometimes.
