They’re pretty good. The shadow and bone trilogy isn’t as good as Six of Crows, but I would start with them because they give a good insight into the powers of the different types of grisha
I really love this series. We’re all waiting for King of Scars to come out at the end of the month. It’s a spin off series based off a certain Privateer Prince you’ll meet in the second book.
I quit halfway on book 2. I just didnt care & was bored. But definitely give them a try as so many people love them.

They grow tired after the second half of the second book, and the third was a total disaster. Still, I read them all, bought them all, and I reread the first from time to time.
I consider them an easy read. The books feel like they are missing a lot of detail, the first book i finished in a day. The second I got bored. Haven’t started the 3rd yet. I don’t see all of the appeal, but they aren’t bad.

I’m reading them now! Well I went backwards lol I started with Six of Crows and I’m currently Reading Crooked Kingdom, then I will be reading Shadow and Bone but hey they’re still amazing whichever way you read them?
