Sharon Shinn – I especially liked the 12 houses series. They are easy to read lite romantic fantasy
Amanda Bouchet Kingmaker trilogy
The Dragon Prince (series) by Melanie Rawn. I’m not sure if it’s technically fantasy romance, but I liked it. 🙂

Lightbringer series
Good urban fantasy with strong romance in it is the Black Dagger Brotherhood series by J.R.Ward. there’s a lot of sex.
Mistborn by Brandon Sanderson is great.
Everything by Ilona Andrews.
Jaqualin Carey’s Kusheil’s Dart and Hel series are good.
Anne Bishop’s Others series is great too
