She is my all- time favourite author! And Then There Were None was the first one I read when I was a young girl and it remains my favourite to this day!
I’ve read maybe 20 or so of them? It’s impossible to choose a favorite! ??? Okay, scratch that–I just counted on my shelf and I’ve got 27, plus a Miss Marple complete short stories volume. The only one I remember NOT liking is The Murder of Roger Ackroyd–and that’s only because of the ending (I enjoyed reading it before that?)
Oh, Ms Christie was VERY manipulative in that book LOL – I was right cheesed off the first time I read it, I have to admit! But when I reread the scenes in question, I was forced to a grudging respect and admiration for her technique!
I have been addicted Agatha Christie’s reader since childhood; her book “Ordeal by Innocence” disappoints me, it is the saddest of her stories I guess, the rest of all her books are my favorites!!!
Love her books. Have read them all. My favourite detective is Hercule Poirot. Hard to pick a favourite. I tend to recommend The Murder Of Roger Aykroyd to friends.
I’m her slave. I’m just a monster reader of detective fiction. Her best are And then there were none, Murder of Roger ackroyd, Curtain: Poirot s last case, Death comes as end, elephants can remember, … so many.
I just finished Murder on the Orient Express for my book club and enjoyed it much more than I did when I was a teenager. By coincidence, Craig Johnson’s latest Longmire novel, Western Star, is loosely based on Murder on the Orient Express.
Read as many as I could over the years, but there are soooo many, and I can’t afford them any more. My favorite has to be Death on the Nile – or maybe Ten Little Indians, or And Then There Were None – too many to pick just one.

Me 2 I loved thiss book so much she is genius ❤❤?
I used to, but it’s been a long time. I love her!
I’ve only read two, and have a sneaking suspicion that if the rest of her books are like those two I’ll never choose a favorite!
I loved the way that Miss Marple deducted, and Poirot’s style!
I’ve read over 60 of Agatha Christie’s books and love them all, especially those featuring Miss Jane Marple.

Really? For me, the ending absolutely MADE the book!
@Manda That’s lucky! I felt manipulated and got annoyed ?
