I recently bought the 75th edition of Edith Hamilton’s Mythology and the book is beautiful. I also have the leatherbound and gilded edges version of Bulfinch’s Mythology.
If you look for others, I back Jasmine on Circe. Madeline Miller is an amazing writer. I put off reading Achilles because I knew how the myth ended and the way she wrote it tore my heart out.

I second The Covenant Series by Jennifer L Armentrout, loved! And after that is a spin-off series – The Titan Series.
Soul in Darkness by Wendy Higgins. It comes out in a few weeks and is based on Cupid/Psyche. Sooooo good.
Ooohhh I had no idea she was publishing that. I read her Sweet Evil trilogy as it came out and remember loving it!

The Firebrand by Marion Zimmer Bradley is one of my all time favourite books.
I heard The Song of Achilles by Madeline Miller is good as well
I haven’t read it yet… but I got Out Run The Wind by Elizabeth Tammi (I got it from faecrate I believe for the monsters and myth box I think it was) the Shadow Prince (into the Dark) by Bree Despain (3 books)
