Anne Rice has two books about werewolves.
if your specifically looking for YA I could possibly say the darkest powers series by kelley armstrong. The main character isn’t a werewolf, but the romantic interest is. But if it doesn’t have to YA the Bitten series by Kelley Armstrong is really good! One of my favs!
