@Courtney I’m only on chapter 2 of the audiobook but I am really disliking frank abagnale jr! The movie made him a lot more likeable.

I loved the book but I think the movie brought it to life. I thought they were very similar though the movie had a better ending.
@Courtney honestly I could not get through the whole book. It started out with all the technical mumbo jumbo and I can usually visualize what I’m reading…this one lacked for me. When I finally saw the movie I was blown away

@Kate lol the book wasn’t too bad but the movie was so well done and I’ve seen it like 20 times.
All the nicholas sparks books. I cant get into the books for whatever reason but love the movies.

Gone Girl was the movie closest to the book, in my opinion. I always like the book better.
The Grapes of Wrath. Henry Fonda was amazing in that movie!

Crazy Rich Asians. While a bit of the story was removed in the transfer from book to screen, I don’t feel the removal was significant, though, the “revelation” was more of a surprise in the movie than the book. I read the book first and was disappointed in the book because of how much had to be told, which, on the screen, was shown instead.

Really? I thought Gage was scarier in the book. They are remaking it so I’m curious to see which version they pick.
