You’ll need the email address associated with your Kindle. Should be available on your Amazon account site.

If has not appeared, go to manage devices in your Amazon account and it should be there. Have delivered to your Kindle. Congrats on the win!
I won a book recently. I just went online to my Amazon account, the book was listed with some little dots after it. I clicked there and a choice was to send it to my device.
