Hello! So I’m planning to read The Cruel Prince. Is it good? I’m new to the whole FAE thing and I want to read something about them. Thoughts?

Most books of fae, are based off Irish/ English mythology. There’s lots of stuff on the Internet on it. Legend tells that they were once all one court, there was a war and they were split into two groups: Seelie who favored beauty, and courtly things above all else, usually associated with spring and summer and the Unseelie who are depicted as the darker fae, but follow the belief that you should be how you want and give into impulses. Just do a little research. There’s lots of stuff out there.

I really really like the books. BUT waiting until book 3 is out or almost out may be something to think about on this series ?? I finished the wicked king weeks ago and I’m still bitter. Book 3 doesn’t release until 2020

I love it. But if you want to read a stand-alone try An Enchantment of Ravens.
