My favorites this month so far are: The Handmaid’s Tale by Margaret Atwood, A Wrinkle on Time by Madeleine L’Engle, and Mysterious Mr.Darcy by Monica Fairview. I’ve also read and enjoyed two books with my almost 10- year old son – Crispin the Cross of Lead by Avi and Chasing Lincoln’s Killers by James L. Swanson.

News of the World by Paulette Jiles and The Alienist by Caleb Carr. One short, one longer. One fairly easy read, one that requires more attention.

I used to love Joy Fielding. She wrote some very good books several years ago. She has a new one out that I am waiting for- The Bad Daughter.
