Not the main character, but I have read books that had characters with my last name & Smithwick isn’t that common. One was a Hardy Boys mystery.

Once or twice. I found it to be odd repeatedly saying my name in my head.
I try to avoid those. Victoria isn’t too terribly common, so it’s not too hard.

One time I found a book called Eva and I was SOOOO excited! Finally a book with my name!!! It was a book about a freaking girl who was in a car accident and they put her brain in a freaking monkey body!!! Like wtf!!!???

Yes. However, she’s not one of the main characters and doesn’t have any participation in the series. Great thing is she’s one of the founders of Hogwarts!? Rowena Ravenclaw. And I also belong to the same house. ❤?

It’s pronounced differently, but Lysa from GOT/ASOIAF. Freaking hated her. She was such a miserable and weird character.

I don’t see my name in books often, I think I’ve read one or two with the name Alyssa. But they weren’t main characters
