Has anyone read ‘we need to talk about Kevin”

I read it last year.

I did not know this was a book!! I watched the movie and it was definitely heart wrenching.

I tried watching the movie after but I got sooooo bored with it. Too bad because I just adore Tilda Swinton.

“I am sitting here shell shocked after reading this excellent novel! Part of me is angry, upset, relieved, sad, sickened, astonished…those are just a few of the words I know to describe my emotions I experienced while reading this book. I just don’t know what to say because some of the things said, and not just actions, that took place in this novel made me mad and yet they also made me look into some of my emotions and feelings about being a person and parent. This is exactly what a good book is about and perfect for a book club to discuss, which I cannot wait to discuss with mine! Excellent (and scary)!”
