Has anyone read the Pern books by Anne McCaffrey? Did you like them?

YES! Anne McCaffrey is amazing. Dragon Riders of Pern is amazing. Her Crystal Singer series is really good too.

I loved them over 20 years ago, but was disappointed when I re-read one recently. It didn’t hold up well.

I’ve read a few of the and loved them. My mom has read everybook in the series and loved them! I also love her Tower and Hive series.

Definitely do!! She was a well rounded author and I can honestly say her books helped get me through high school lol
