I really enjoyed it. Fast paced and many twists. I actually wish that she would make it a series-I liked the characters.

I never read the Twilight Series. It didn’t appeal to me. In fact, I didn’t even know she wrote those until after I read The Chemist.

It keeps you interested, but it pisses you off more often. Terrible role modle for a lead character. Literally locks herself in her room foe a whole chapter because her bf dumped her. Dialogue is cheesy and forced. Edward is kind of emotionally abusive. And then you think of all the little girls who read it.

It was just ok for me. I didn’t think the female character was such a strong lead…as soon as she fell for someone she became Bella Swan to me. It was kinda fun to read something so Jason Bourne with a female lead though!
