Has anyone read Gone with the wind?
Many, many years ago. 1997 or so, to be roughly precise. (Might have been 1998.)
Yes I read a very long time back. But I remember I loved it
I’m about 3/4 of the way through. It is very hard for me to deal with the language but the book is excellent.
Yep. Twice. Rhett Butler *swoon*
I liked it, but give the sequel a pass.
It would have been good as it’s own book and not a sequel.
One of the first books I ever read (I think I was about 8 – I was a weird kid!) Loved it. I’ve read it as an adult too!
I read it last year in arabic, it was amazing and enlightening, i understand a bit of the american culture now.
This is my all time favorite book. I reread it at least once a year.

I read it when I was 18. I fell in love with Rhett Butler
All time favorite
Love it! Read it many times!
I read it many times in my teens and re-read it a couple of times as an adult. It was interesting to see how my perspective and appreciations changed, how a character once loved was loved less, how another character became more important. As my life changed, so did my understanding of the book!
Love that book! Read Rhet Butler’s People and Scarlette too
Great book much better than film
