Has anyone read Farenheit 451? Just saw the movie and love it but there is a lot unexplained, and of course the book is ALWAYS better.
The original movie was horrible, but this remake is pretty good. The book has always been one of my favorites as well as anything by Ray Bradbury. It really was ahead of its time.
I taught Farenheit 451 for many years and would be happy to discuss this with you. Be forewarned there is some I still don’t fully understand and some thoughts change still—–

Ray Bradbury is an American master. Anything he wrote is highly recommended!

Fabulous book. It was such a good, and super quick read for me. I loved it and highly, highly recommend.
I’ve tried to get so many people to read this for years, but even with the new movie coming out, only one of my friends went back and read the book. I haven’t seen the new movie, but I really want to too. Heard it’s a major improvement over the original movie.
I enjoyed the book, but it’s been a while since I read it.
