Has anyone read and watched 11/22/63?
I watched it and wow! It was so good!
Am reading it now..
I read it – it’s long, but once it gets going it’s really good.
Read it. Great book! Haven’t watched it yet I heard it’s good but doesn’t exactly follow the book
No almost bought it today.
Read and watched it. Both are excellent! Don’t expect everything to be the same in the show though. There’s changes but it’s still great!
I listened to it years ago and it is my favorite Stephen King book. I still think about the characters at times and wonder about alternative endings. I enjoyed it.
I read it and loved it!
Yes, was an interesting read!
Yes and yes. Definitely liked the book more, but the movie (or whatever it’s called) was well done.
Loved the book. Read it years ago, still think about it often.
I’ve only read the book; never seen the movie.
Loved the book!
Read the book. Didn’t realise this was a show too. Where did people watch it?
Read it. Really liked it.
I’ve read and watched it–I enjoyed the book and the TV series.
Thoroughly enjoyed both.

I’ve read it- loved it!
Where did you get the book? Did you buy it? Just asking.
@Chrisabeth – I got it at my local library.
Hmm. I want also to read that? Where can i read?
The show made me so mad because it missed out on so much of the story. Such a phenomenal book tho.
Where did you get the book? Did you buy it?
I did not become engaged in the series. I started watching it a few months after reading the book (which I loved) but couldn’t get past episode two.
Both. The book is fantastic – one of my Top Five King books. The Hulu series was meh.
Yup. The book & series were both excellent.
Loved the book and the dvd
I’ve been hoping to run across the book, in a thrift store. Sounds so good. Have read several JFK books. Mrs. Kennedy and Me, by Clint Hill is excellent.
Read, not watched. Good read.
I watched it and loved it
Loved the book! Waiting for husband to read it so we can watch the miniseries together 😊
Not yet, very soon. I was told the series was on Netflix.
Read it & loved it! To those of us who remember JFK & felt grieved by his death, this was a terrific book!
I loved the book…who is showing the movie??
Yes! Loved the show
Yes. Loved it
Read the book, seen the series. Former better than latter, but series is not bad at all.
Only read the book. Loved it!
I’ve watched some, why do you ask?
Both! I thought Franco did a fantastic job.
Yep, I loved both. The show did a great job distilling the story down.
I read the 📖. It was good. What might have been…. 😔
Watched it. Really liked it!
Yes. Both are excellent!
Yes, enjoyed both
Watched it, but haven’t read it yet. Thought it was pretty good until the end, but I still want to see how the book differs if at all.
Absolutely loved the book; tried to watch but couldn’t finish the series…I thought it didnt even come close to doing the book justice.
Not a bad book, even though it reminded me of the Lee Harvey Oswald episode of Quantum Leap. I always wondered if it wasn’t by King would it be as highly rated?
I loved the book! ❤❤❤The show was ok.😕
Haven’t seen the movie but I loved the book. Typical!
Great book, haven’t seen the film.
Very good. Even if you aren’t a King fan.
@Allison , I keep seeing this. Y’all about have me convinced to read it 🙂

Read and loved… haven’t watched… is it streaming somewhere??
@Anne Only streaming on Hulu as far as I know, but your library may have the DVDs.
Yes to both. I enjoyed them a lot, in fact I read the book twice.
This book is in my TBR.
Great book – couldn’t get into the show
Book is close to the top of my tbr list. Haven’t watched either
Read and loved
Loved both. Read firs.
LOVED the book
One of my favorite books!
I read it and watched it. Loved both.
Yes! Loved both!
What is it about? Without giving away important parts
@Cathy …you know how President John F. Kennedy died in Texas on 11/22/63? King tells how his main character tried to go back in time to change the sequence of events on that day so that Kennedy does not die. Very interesting concept of the effects of changing the past….a very good read!
@Cathy this was my review from a few moths ago… 11.22.63 by Stephen King. I see a few people are reading this or considering starting it. I thought I would share my review. A big lump of a book at just over 700 pages in this version it took me couple of weeks but this was wonderful. Although it’s Stephen King it is not a horror. And a book about time travel with the aim of preventing JFK’s assassination would not be my usual choice, but it was such a wonderful story and he really is a great writer. Twists aplenty, and there is a great love story in there too. 10/10!
@Virginia Awesome Thanks
@Mark Awesome Thank you
Loved it. Haven’t read King in years but this is a gem.
I started watching the series and whel Al told Jake i want you to go back and save Kennedy , without the wonderful dialogue of introduction that is in the novel , i stoppex watching. The dialogue is so weak in the serie
Loved the book, only watched the first two episodes of the mini-series but the extreme differences from the book bothered me too much to want to continue watching it.
Same here. Could not get into the mini-series but liked the book.
Watched it and really enjoyed it.
Read it a few weeks ago. Loved it. Great read
