Is uprooted the first book in that series?
No, I don’t think so, I think it was A Discovery of Witches. Uprooted is a different author. This is Deborah Harkness.
I know I really liked it at the time. But don’t ask me what’s it about. It’s been a long time since I read it ?

I reread it and was glad I did. I had forgotten a lot of what went on. I guess it’s been over 7 years and my memory isn’t that great to begin with!
@Laura No. Different author. And Uprooted is a stand alone book so far. I enjoyed the trilogy though!

I’d like to read it. It’s a trilogy I think and there’s a new book which is a compendium and it’s a really nice, big book.
This one alone is 21 hours long! Of coarse audio book, though!
It’s a long book, over 600 pages. Second one is about the same.
