I’m almost done with A Storm of Swords and I’m loving the series so far. They are a bit lengthy but they’re so rich in description, character, history, and plot. I’ll also say they aren’t for the faint of heart either. Lots of gore, rape, incest, murder, and war.
I read the first 3 books they were really good but to much for me to keep going.
They’re amazing. I have read them twice. The main downside is that they will probably never be finished

It is my favorite series hands down.
We watch the show and I can barely keep that straight ! I can’t imagine keeping it straight reading them !! I’d like to tho !
I enjoyed the book I did keep a notepad to keep some of the events straights. I do use the family tree index in the back of the books very useful.
I was always referring to that family tree index.
I really enjoyed them. Though it’s taking forrrrevvverrrr for the next one to come out.
