I really enjoyed them. As with any book or series, they were some ups and downs. Overall, if you like supernatural stuff and don’t mind some really steamy scenes and language, they are a very entertaining read. There are several books.
I have! Checked them out from my library and eventually bought them for my personal collection. I’m actually re-reading them again now. On book 7 (All Together Dead) and I still have a hard time putting them down!
I enjoyed them the through my first round of reading them several years ago, but my reading tastes have changed. I never finished the series and really have no desire to. Sookie is stupid and I can forgive my main character a lot of flaws, but a stupid main character is just lazy writing.
I loved them! I couldn’t get all the way through the first episode of True Blood though. No thanks. But the books… read through them twice! Quick reads, nothing heavy, just steamy enough, and tons of supernatural elements ???
