I never watch movies of books I’ve loved anymore, because I just can’t bear it! I’ve seen too many terrible versions, including Stephen King’s The Stand.
The Book Thief. But my hopes might’ve been too high for it.

I think I had just been expecting too much: there’s so much that happens in the book, to try to get it all in a film would have made it hours longer than it was. The way it was shot was really beautiful though.
I think if I had seen the movie before reading the book, I would have liked it a lot.

I think they did pretty good. I think the casting was off ( I LOVE Theron, but she was not right for the role) but other than that, not too horrible.

Lone Survivor, awesome, heart wrenching book, they turned it into a movie, some parts was exact but most was Hollywood BS.

Literally started the movie was reciting the dialogue to myself, turned it off after 10 minutes because I just couldn’t do it?? Absolutely nothing was in order of how it was meant to happen. Was way too annoying to watch.
