Yes it is. I regularly order books from them.
I heard that it is not actually free. I am afraid of ordering then paying for delivery. Are you sure ?

Can i ask another thing ? If it delivers to a country , does that mean it delivers to the exact address or you have to ask some sort of delivering company to get it to your house ?
I am reasonably certain that if you give a delivery address then that is where it will be delivered. If you are unsure then you should contact them yourself directly. It sounds as maybe you aren’t shipping to the US or UK in which case you should really check this out and ask them.
I have them sent to Switzerland frequently. No problems.

I really would just send them an email and ask.
When I lived in Egypt we would sometimes have to pay customs duty. With Amazon they would deliver one book with no charge for customs, but on two we would pay duty!
