Sometimes books are shipped in separate packages, but they usually come quick. Thrift deals are awesome. I always buy used acceptable and the books are in great condition.

I use them A LOT. Only recently have I had issues with my order. Such as, I’ll order a HC and they send a PB. Even so, the customer service is amazing and they react quickly to fix the issues when there are some.
Maybe they were overwhelmed with Christmas shoppers?
That’s what I was thinking. It started back in September. Until that point, I had never had any issues with them.

Customer service is pretty amazing. They sent me the wrong thing and refunded me instantly. My only complaint would be that they put unremovable stickers on the books. So I will not purchase from them again. Book depository or amazon for me ?

How big are these stickers, and where do they put them?
Pretty big, they put it on the main cover too! Wasn’t worth the price or the wait. I hate stickers on books

?I usually check everywhere for the cheapest price. If stickers don’t bother you, that could be an option for you.

I wish I did, I know most people order from them all the time and have no problems.
I’ll order one (or 2.. maybe 3..) and take a picture of the sticker when it comes in.
If you can’t get the sticker off cleanly they will replace the book or refund you.

Not worth it for me. I’m in Aus and when you add shipping prices and conversion rates I may as well just buy brand new books from Book Depository and you also can’t guarantee the quality even if you choose ‘like new’. I chose like new for all the books I purchased and they were nothing like new. Torn covers and ripped and folded pages. Also one of them had a cover that looked like it had been sitting out in the sun for ages as it was so faded.
