I love the TV series but found the books very tedious. I bought a set of ten from The Book People but couldn’t face reading more than the first three.

Read them and loved them many years ago.
No but love the TV show – mainly because Martin Shaw is so awesome
I can’t find Once a Prostitute or The Chelsea Ghost anywhere at a decent price.
