I loved the first half but felt the second half drug on too long. It was very repetitious. Then I read about her personal life and it’s almost impossible to look back at some of what she’d written and be totally disgusted by it. I wont be reading any more of her books.
I read it, one of my favorites. But I love that time frame.

I had Mists of Avalon on my tbr until I read about the pedophilia, can’t bring myself to read anything by her now
