Yes! I try to read the inside flap and that doesn’t help. Then i turn to the last page or flip to the middle of the book and read 2 to 4 lines. If that doesn’t intrest me i put it back

Yes and I regret it because I have had people suggest a book so many times and I give it a shot only to have it become a fav. As a creative designer it’s hard not to judge even if it’s not in my best interest lol

This is why I have yet to read Kings of the Wyld or Bloody Rose. I just can’t get past the font on the cover, or the phrases – The boys are back on town, and Girls just want to have fun. It’s so off-putting to me.

@Neslihan I have put cinder off for the same reason, the foot/ankle pic just screams sci-fi..and I’m a dark fantasy person..?
