Whatever I find cheapest at the thrift store or whatever the library has it in ?. I use my Kindle a lot, as well.

Still debating on getting a kindle.

0
Leah

@Katie – I was an early adopter. Bought my first Kindle in 2007 and have upgraded a few times. I love that I can read it at night with the Paperwhite (so I don’t disturb the husband in bed) and that I have hundreds of books with me everywhere I go. But I also read physical books. Just depends how I can get it cheapest, I never spend more than $3 on a book. I’m cheap lol

1
KatieQuestion author

@Leah I sometimes use my iPad. But I heard the kindle is way better for reading

0
Leah

@Katie Yes! Tablets are backlit and have glare in sunlight. The Paperwhite is frontlit, so no glare and no harshness on the eyes. Love it.

0
KatieQuestion author

@Leah I will have to try it out

@Katie Most of them , but I need to buy some in soft covers. I have a kindle, but I still prefer the book. I buy a lot of used books from http://abebooks.com/ , great bargains.

1
Jess

Paperback because I’m one of those people who doesn’t crack the spine when they read so they all look almost brand new anyway ? Plus they’re easier to carry around and read in general.

0

This is honestly as bad as it gets with me, and I’ve been reading this book on and off for like 2 weeks

0

Preferably, I’d rather read on my Kindle. However, if I’m reading a physical book for whatever reason, I’d prefer it to be a paperback. Hardcovers, I feel, are just to cumbersome to comfortably hold and read.

Cherrie

If its a book I really really enjoyed and want to keep to reread over and over then hardcover. I think they just pack with moving better and are more durable in that sense. Paperbacks are nice though like someone else said they fit better in your purse.
