One of my favorite. 11/22/63 I’ve read three thousand sk books or the equivalent of a weekend binge writing for the guy but ya that’s a good one

Silas

Yeah, in a major way.

Just checked it. Do not normally even read Stephen King – Want to learn more ? and it has a plausible conclusion — Mortal Error I know the Author’s first name is Bonar and it is from Kentucky press. – Will keep you reading until you finish

@Laura I know the story. I lived it. King’s theory is not new – Too many like his out there. Mortal Error, totally different. – And Enjoy your SPECIAL DAY tomorrow (maybe find the book )

Karl

@Ralph Laura uses a text to speech.

1
Karl

@Laura he was suggesting you read that book

1
Ralph

Explain to me, she can not read a book ?

1
Silas

@Ralph, Laura uses a dictation program that reads her to texts, and types her words into text for her. She can read the book, I’m sure there’s an audiobook version available, if she choose to. Sometimes I think it reads the comments out of order and that can be a cause for confusion.

2
LauraQuestion author

@Karl I caught that and appreciated it! Told him thanks so???

@Laura it took me awhile to get the hang of texting you.
Have to remember to not text in short hand so it is easier to translate. I’m glad @Silas explained. I don’t know all the details. I just know you rock girl.
By the way. HAPPY BIRTHDAY

This got a little sideways. So, the moral of the story was Ralph suggested a book, awesome. And if @Laura chooses to read it also awesome. Everyone can be happy, I’m gonna go eat my pintos and cornbread now.

LauraQuestion author

@Silas Know what I think about that? Awesome!

1
Ralph

@Laura I think it is great. You get to learn about a new book, AND so do I. THANK YOU

1
Silas

That’s what it’s all about sharing our reads with others who might also enjoy them. I’ve supplied @Laura with a good number of books this last year. Lol she’s constantly buying something from me. She’s a excellent member to have, I must say.

1
Ralph

Not to change the subject, but, would you be interested in a Clive Cussler book ?

0
Silas

@Ralph I’ve never read and Cussler. I have a few stacks of his books in my office, just haven’t gotta to them.

1
Ralph

@Silas Maybe do not ? He is addictive. Other suggestion Start with his older books. Then you will see the progression. There are about 20 with Dirk Pitt and about 10 with Kurt Austin, and about 8 or 10 with Juan Cabrello (prosthetic leg, which also serves as a hidden weapons/ and other things, case. And about 8 with Isaac Bell, and then four or five with the Fargoes. Isaac Bell, is a detective back in the 1900’s Very interesting. The chase was good. So there is much there. He is also doing the co author stuff, and so 3 or 4 more new books every year. – Suggestions, although not in the order I mentioned, Sahara, Dragon, Arctic Drift All keep you in the book.

Is he a whore rider? Never heard of him*Does he write horror?!@Ralph

Calling myself well read I am going to say that there is no comparison to 11 –22 –63! Ever, anywhere!!! Anytime 🙂@Ralph

Ralph

@Laura No, not a horror writer. Just bad guys against his good guys/girls characters. Fargo series is a rich married couple. Isaac Bell, the same with the money. and Juan Cabrello has a source ( The Company ) of endless funds to use to fight crime and evil. His first two characters are government employees who free lance, like James Bond.

Ralph

@Laura I read the synopsis. If that is your main source of entertainment (horror ) then you have that to keep yourself busy. — I lived through that date, so it has different meanings for me. – Mortal Error is a good book, based on what they researched for the events of that day – But, I can also get lost with John Douglas The Mind of BTK killer or his first the Mindhunter (found out recently Douglas has another 6 books. He is the FBI’s first profiler Nothing scary about that. And I try not to make comparisons to say one book is better, best or anything else. Just informational entertainment for me. The same as a good game of chess
