Thinking how to nicely request management (preschool director) about diving up a task Btwn 3 baby room teachers. It’s been unfair I’ve always been asked to stroll the babies outside (just gets quite boring Bc it’s the same routine 4 me when 2 of them get to watch them play, not fair)….If any suggestions, pls help….thanks ahead. I know lots of you work….or I shld just suck it up & do it.
Hey Lori. I agree with Teresa. U should check if just a job requirement for u (which i doubt). It would be fair if u all do it on rotation.

Ask your boss if it is just you who is required to do this & if so, could she tell you why that is….do it nicely & hopefully she will sort it…personally I would prefer to be out & about but it is unfair if others’ are not pulling their weight! Suggest a rota/take turns, this is fair to all, it’s what we do at school I work in & no one can complain
