The Illuminae series by Amie Kaufman & Jay Kristoff, seriously, I don’t know how anyone could begin to appreciate it without listening to it! The same applies to the Starbound Trilogy by Amie Kaufman & Meagan Spooner, starting with These Broken Stars. Both of these series are fantastic!! ???
Harry Potter. The Illuminae Files (only as a reread or read a long with the book or you will miss things), Wizard of Oz narrated by Anne Hathaway, The Magisterium series by Holly Black & Cassandra Clare & Ready Player One by Ernest Cline narrated by Wil Wheaton
I totally forgot about An Ember in the Ashes, you’re right, fantastic narrators! The same guy does The Scorpio Races by Maggie Stiefvater, along with Fiona Harding. Wonderful, magical story, great Audible choice. ?
I listened to a sample of An Ember in the Ashes, it sounded really good. Unfortunately there is a 6 week wait at the library. But I have it on hold:) as well as Without Merit which is a 22 week wait ?
@Amber-Marie it was one of my favorite reads this year…it’s a historical fiction about vlad the impaler or vlad dracul from the 1400s but instead of a guy, the author gender bent him into a female version called Lada, and it goes from her birth in Transylvania to her being in the Ottoman Empire and all the relationships she builds along the way and her journey to go from the daughter of the dragon to her becoming the dragon. I really really enjoyed it. Very empowering and adventurous

Classics. I find it much easier to “read” them in audio form than reading.
The Gentlemen’s Guide to Vice and Virtue- the narrator has the most attractive, snarky British accent <3
