score there’s the lace reader by the same author but you don’t have to read them in order. we read the fifth petal for book club then I went back and read the lace reader.
Nonfiction The Sixth Extinction Historical Fiction – The Bronze Horseman Fantasy – Name the Wind Spiritual – Screwtape Letters Mystery- Glass Houses by Louise Penny Fiction – Fault of Our Stars Science fiction- Mind’s Eye
My favorites for the past few months are Jodi Picoult’s Small Great Things and her The Great Alone, Educated: a Memoir by Tara Westover, Before We Knew You by Lisa Wingate, and Geraldine Brooks’ Caleb’s Crossing. I’ve read some mysteries, too, but unfortunately, none that I didn’t figure out early, with the exception of Woman in the Window in the Window.
Yes, I have, @Stephanie, and I liked that one too. I really like the way she takes contemporary issues and develops them into a story that makes us see things from angles we might never have thought of before.
