Currently, The magpie murders by Anthony Horowitz! But as soon as I read the next one I expect that will change. ?
The Woman in White by Wilkie Collins (cant remember if it totally qualifies as murder but def mystery! One of my all time favorites.)
Jussi Adler-Olsen’s dept Q mysteries, also the Flavia de Luce mysteries (maybe by Alan Bennett?) and the inimitable Bryant and May that Christopher Fowler writes about.
Dorothy Sayers’ “Lord Peter Wimsey” mysteries. Classics of the genre. Wish I had more authors like her to read!
Murder of roger ackroyd though I haven’t read many out of murder on the orient express and and then there were none, roger ackroyd was my favorite.
