Same..I knew about Acotar but not the other two…
ACOMAF is hades and persephone because in the myth persephone basically has to spend half of the year in the underworld with hades and is free to spend the other half of the year with her mother. It can change depending on the version of the myth you get but the basic idea is a deal of some sort to spend some time in one place while being “free” to do as she pleases the rest of the time – which is where the parallel is with ACOMAF since Feyre has the deal with Rhysand.
I’m still not quite sure about ACOWAR and Snow White tho.

The say that ACOWAR is a retelling of snow white bc of the seven high lords (seven dwarves), the apple with poison and the mirror that can show you things. (just read it from a group)

It actually is since it’s also based on East of the Sun, West of the Moon which is basically The Polar Bear King 🙂
