Kevin Hearne legitimately owns my heart. His Iron Druid Chronicles are gold.

I love IDC and was over joyed with Plague. Have you listened to them on audio? Luke Daniels does such an amazing job with the story. I’m so sad it will be ending next month!

0
Brittany

I haven’t. I’ve never actually listened to an audiobook haha I haven’t read Plague yet but I own it and it stares at me wanting me to read it. I’ve been reading IDC slowly because they’re so good I know I would fly through them and I like savoring it. I don’t want them to end!

Jenny

Oh, you must listen to them on audio, your world will be rocked! My husband and I plan road trips so that we can spend hours in the car listening to them. We are planning one now for Scourged. I think you will enjoy Plague, Kevin is such a good writer. He really creates an interesting world.Have you been to a signing yet? We met him a few months back, SO nice. He’s just a joy.

Brittany

Ill have to look into them! I haven’t been to a signing and I’m super jealous! I love writing! It’s just perfection. One of my favorite authors. Thanks for the recommendation of the audiobooks!!

I have finished the Grisha trilogy, and have heard a lot of great reviews about six of crows. Maybe it’s time I took some time to read it

1
Andreea

Yeah, it’s definitely the time. And above all, I tell you a secret :> In the second volume, Crooked Kingdom, three characters from Grisha appear and seeing those two worlds’ colliding is just explosive! ??
Sturmhond, Zoya and Genya :}
I regret that I read SoC first and I didn’t understand the subtle refferences to Grisha.
But seriously, Leigh is a goddess.

Whaaaaaaaaat!!!!

1
Andreea

Yep! Just imagine Kaz Brekker and Nikolai Lantsov in disguise talking about country issues :>> The brightest-minded characters written by Leigh… meeting. That scene is soooo good!
