To avoid a long list, my favorite ya that I’ve read since becoming an adult would be the Harry Potter books.

I have contemplated that series for awhile. Just wasn’t sure and don’t know anyone who has read it. Could you give me an idea of what it’s about, a little more than what’s in the back of the books? Thank you

Anything written by Ellen Hopkins is brilliant, Harry Potter and Hunger Games of course. I love Old Magic by Marianne Curley and Mandy by Julia Edwards. The Graceling trilogy by Kristin Cashore is brilliant as is the Sweep series by Cate Tiernan. Rainbow Rowell is an awesome YA author. I’ve only read the first book in the Program series but it was amazing. I love the Fallen series by Lauren Kate… I could honestly keep going but I’ll leave it there for tonight. Hope that helps!
