Same! I like Catherine Anderson’s romance books because sometimes they have supernatural focuses but usually by the end of the book the couple is “omg I love you.” “Omg I love you too” “marry me” “yes I’m pregnant” ??♀️ like it’s just so unrealistic sometimes
I love my romance books ❤️ and within that genre I’ll try pretty much any thing once! But my romance books have to have a storyline to them… And I’ve found some that are out of this world!! Don’t like when they are all about the sex though
As long as it’s a novel …..I don’t have a favorite genre….I’m just in love with words although i can’t say it’s my favorite but it’s one of the most interesting book I read HONOUR AMONG THIEVES by Jeffrey Archer if ever I get a chance to read this book in my 80 I definitely will but right now I do not have the chance to re-read any book cause as much of a book nerd I am …I’m alway looking for the next great book to get lost in…..
Favorite gothic suspense, ,also mystery thriller, least is classic or heavy fantasy. I do love time travel dramas a lot. Leave out most of the romance too.
@Hannah, I used to try to write strictly romance, but I like mystery/thriller/suspense, so I mix it up, although I do write a Christmas series that is only romance. You’re keeping good company with millions of other readers.
I’m pretty open to any genre but not a huge fan of romance.
I’ll read Nicholas Sparks occasionally and Catherine Anderson I don’t mind too much because her stories are always really cute. Lol
