the major difference between those is the i vs uh or a sound. That I think is a British “el uh nor” vs American “el in or”. I can’t tell you how other countries pronounce it.

El a nor Or El a na depending where you live . I live in Derbyshire uk and my cousin is Eleanor , we pronounce it el a na as we have a broad accent and anything with or at the end is pronounced “a” .

In the UK the ‘r’ is silent at the end as stated previously US pronounces the end ‘r’ , UK does not. Both are correct it is dependent on the country.
