I found it cute, but kinda boring. If you looking for a light story then its fine but if you are looking for something that keeps you on the edge of your seat, this is not the book
The scottish accent put it over the top for me, but I felt a little manipulated. I thought she was SO funny at the start, especially when speaking to the computer salesman, or her waxing session, but then I realized she had been damaged physically and emotionally, and I felt ashamed for laughing at her.
Quick read, enjoyed the main character’s views on people so much. Not mind-blowing heavy literature by any means, but it had a hint of mystery, many LOLs, some sad points. I enjoyed it very much for those reasons.
Just finished it. Took me a while to get into it as the main character is definitely quirky but really enjoyed it. An easy read and beautifully written.
It was a new type of book for me to read. And I ended up enjoying it very much. It was a book that demonstrates that healing is possible. And the beauty of true friendship ~

YES! You might find her irritating at first – but then you fall in love with her! That’s how it was for me anyway!

She’s such a unique and interesting character.
It was a book about healing without ever using that word. A book that shows transformation and the gift of true friendship ~
Loved it! Eleanor is such a brilliant character; she’s had a difficult life and has been hurt, but she will be absolutely fine!
