Dust covers: on or off while reading?
Off…. To the trash.
To the trash??? My husband is an artist and graphic designer. He’d divorce me if I three the dust jackets out!!!
Used to try to keep them but they just took up space since I never put them back on. So yep. I throw them away.
Both. Sometimes they keep sliding and it drives me nuts.
Off, I always seem to ruin them if I leave them on
Off. Book will look like new when I trade it in.
Usually off…but not always.?
For me it depends how nice the cover is. I don’t want to risk damage or wrinkle to a nicely illustrated one so it comes off.
Off. Unless it’s a used library book and it’s all taped and laminated on. Than on.
Off, so it stays in good condition
Off. It’s hard to use a dust cover with a movement disorder
Library tapes them on ??
Off but i rarely read hardbacks
Off off off
Off except library book.
Off while reading
off since I ruined one which was particularly beautiful
Off. I hate them.
Off if it’s my book but on for library books
On. I use the ends for bookmarks lol
Is that patois for clothes? I like reading new born naked if nobody’s around ?
If it’s mine off. Library on. ?
I recently read a large hardback, and I found that I had to set the dust jacket aside till I was finished.
Off, always off. Sometimes, they make it back on “)
On unless I’m going out then it’s off so it won’t get ripped in my purse/bag.
Generally on. I use the flaps as bookmarks.?
Off. I had a ordered a book which arrived today and when I took off the cover I found the back of the book to be covered in mould. Safe to say a return was recommended quickly ?
If I own them off, if they’re from the library, on (but only because they don’t come off).
Off until finished…then put back on and onto the shelf!
Off for sure
On. They double as book marks.
Off. They get bent
On. I like the feel of the cover and like to see it every time I pick up the books. It’s one thing I miss when I read an ebook. I do like the convenience of ebooks, but really like print books.
