Check your local library.
I’ve worked at both stores and I’ve never seen a blind date display there. I have seen blind date displays at libraries, so I agree, check there.

Yes, the Barnes and Noble by me does. I bought one.
BN does it at random, in various locations. (People have cautioned that they use the marketing technique to offload books that didn’t sell.)
What does that mean?
@Denice that’s when they wrap a book in paper and you buy the book blind.
They usually give the genre and 2-3 plot points but that’s all you get.
B&N does. I bought one once before.

Our local recycled books store does that- it’s a cute idea!
