Entwined by Heather Dixon is one of my FAVORITES! It’s a 12 dancing princesses story
As far as little red riding hood, I’m not as sure aside from the book that the movie was based on from a few years ago.

As for recs for you, @Yara, have you tried Cinder, by Marissa Meyer? Book two is based on Little Red Riding Hood. I also think there is a series called ‘Sisters Red’ which I believe is based on red riding hood (but I’m not 100% sure as I haven’t read it myself).
I can’t believe I forgot about Scarlet, duh!
Definitely check out Entwined! I love the 12 dancing princesses too and that one’s the only retelling I’ve come across. It just happens to be amazing ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
@Bridget I’m also an author and I’m so desperate for more retellings about The 12 Dancing Princesses that I’m actually writing a book which is partly a retelling of that ?.
Haha awesome! It has so much potential for different kinds of retellings, I feel like maybe it’s just too complicated for YA authors to tackle
