Follow your favourite authors on social media
Follow authors and publishers. Most publishers have mailing lists too
I’m not sure how I signed up for it but Goodreads sends me an email once a month with the new releases coming out the next month.
There are book podcasts that discuss new releases.. Check out Bookriot – The Podcast and All the Books! (Also by bookriot)
http://goodreads.com/ has a section for new releases and upcoming releases. They also send an email when an author I like has a new book.
Book tubers have been amazing on keeping me updated with new releases
i go through upcoming releases on goodreads and have a file in my Notes app with a list of ones coming out that i want to go grab

Buzzfeed has a books newsletter that regularly posts about recent books! Also Amazon have a daily books newsletter that does the same.
