The ACOTAR series, but I know most on here have already read that. I liked the Wish Granter.
Not retellings or fae but I liked Caraval and Entwined also.

Haldaya by Sarah White is a fae story.
Cinder & Ella by Kelly oram. A cinderella retelling and one of my favourite books
These are retellings of Cinderella, Beauty and the Beast and Little Red Riding Hood
I wanted to like cruel beauty but it sucked (the one with the paper sky right?)
