Absolutely! I spend many hours “watching” my 5 and 6 year olds extra-mural activities. Always have kindle with me.
I bring my iPad with me everywhere I go 😉
I’m with you. I have a 3 and 2 year old so finding time to read is hard so I usually have my book with me for when I can read
Always! I have been doing it since I was about five lol I was always the one at recess and lunch with my nose in a book at school. I have social anxiety disorder and was always scared of social situations (a little better now) and would always have a book in my bag whenever I was out of the house! Still do. Growing up it was usually a baby sitters club book now it’s usually a juicy murder 🙂 it helped me deal with the school day when I was getting bullied. Just a habit I never lost, shutting down from the world to give me some time to process. Have to say my phone is invaluable. Apparently in social situations it’s more “acceptable” to have your phone in your lap then it is to have a book. Little do people know I have books on my phone! Seriously it’s a coping mechanism I developed for my social anxiety and along with some other coping strategies it’s never left me. I have had anxiety for 21 years now. I always joke that if it was a person I could take it out for a drink and celebrate its 21st bday :p
i carry a hardcopy of a book everywhere to uni, relatives travelling…
Always! Even take my handbag with to the loo! U never know when U might need some entertainment lol! Gutted tho cos I’ve been on trains quite often recently and since having Labarynthitis I can no longer read on a moving vehicle so out comes the iPod! X

I’ve got the kindle app on my phone, so always have a book to hand, without extra baggage.
Cadence Lemon Knight i did that on a field trip. i sat at back seat plugged in my earphones and finished last half of the book, i am kind off person who gets easily bored by people’s company.

I never leave the apartment without my kindle. 3 things I always check, keys, phone and kindle.
Read on the bus to work. Read at lunch break. Read on the way home if OH doesn’t pick me up. Read before I go to bed. Read in bed to help me sleep.
I heard a phrase once: “A reader is never bored” — true! I always carry a book and read whenever forced to wait in line, etc.
