I prefer stand alone because I have a short attention span and always end up not finishing series

I prefer standa-alone or duologies. I can handle duologies. Trying to build myself back to trilogies, which I used to love, but I have an attention issue nowadays with them.

It depends on what I’m in the mood for!

I like both. If the series runs on for too long thought I start losing interest.

Same here! I also tend to forget lots of details if the next book takes a while to come out.

It depends. If I read a series I feel like I have to read the whole series but sometimes I need a break in between the books so I dont want to start another series. That’s when I prefer a standalone. For book club books I prefer a standalone.

Series because I love to read more about the characters! Although I do love stand alone books too!
