@Kylie I love this book! I might have to reread it lol

0
Andreana

I was about to recommended this too. Totally stomped on my heart, but so good!

Hannah

The Queen of the Tearling series will do that, not in an “aww that hurt” way though- it’s not fun.

@Hannah the ending ruined the whole series for me ?

0
Hannah

SAME. I almost threw the book across the room.

0
Hannah

@Stacey I was like ALL THAT

0
Danielle

I will never read anything by that author ever again the ending was awful.

0
Hannah

@Danielle I was just so disappointed because I thoroughly enjoyed 1-2

0
Danielle

@Hannah theybwere both great it was rumored that Emma Watson was going to star in a movie adaptation but he 3rd book was just crap so that never went anywhere.

0
Stacey

I loved the first 2 books so much and it was such a blatant cop out that she couldn’t think of a better way to resolve everything. I was ready to buy the series but I don’t want to reread it now

0
ZaidelirysQuestion author

@Hannah is it worth to start if the ending is not great?

0
Hannah

@Zaidelirys Ugh, tough call. I have a lot of unresolved feelings about it. The writing was great but the ending was very disappointing. It wasn’t a cliff hanger but the “closure” was not satisfying.

1
Hannah

@Stacey ^ would you recommend picking it up?

0
Megan

I cried in this – it took me a bit to get into it, but in the end I loved it. It’s historical romance – time travel.

OMG I love this book series

0
Megan

@Paula book one rocked me so hard I was unable to read the rest of the series. I’ve been pregnant at the time with my oldest son. And I spent the rest of my pregnancy panicking over things like owning wood stoves and contingency plans. It’s phonominally written! It was just a little bit too close to reality to handle with the pregnancy crazies.

0
Paula

@Megan this is such an underrated book. I stopped my aunt from reading it because she is crying to hard.
